Arrival
Arrival in the afternoon to be defined with the person who will welcome you. We will give you his or her telephone number and you will define your arrival together.
Departure
Departure before 11:00 am to be defined with the person who welcomed you. You will have kept their telephone number and together you will define your departure time.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A deposit of 200 € will be requested on arrival, this deposit will be returned to you after an inventory of fixtures, after deduction of any damage or cost of restoring the premises.
The rental will be confirmed as soon as the following documents are returned
- A copy of the contract, signed.
- A deposit of 25% to be paid by cheque to the order of the owner or by bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days before the arrival of the tenant. If it is by cheque, it will be cashed on the day of the tenant's arrival. If it is by bank transfer, the amount must be paid into the owner's account before the tenant's arrival. Tourist tax €1 per day and per person.
